We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Contact us through the support channels listed in the app with your order or quote number and we'll review and process your refund.

Deposits collected through checkout links

If you paid a deposit on a proposal sent through QuoteToBooked, refund requests for that deposit go to the contractor who did the work, and are then processed back to your original card through Stripe. Contact us if you need help reaching them.
